A great area to work, especially in summer, but with limited parking. We have planned ahead for you. You will receive a free parking pass for one of the garages in town. Sometimes it rains, so bring an umbrella.
If you don’t brown-bag it, there are over 75 spots within walking distance to grab lunch, including a variety of options on the first 1stfloor of our building.
To work well, you need to be comfortable. We work well in a business casual environment. As luck would have it, you could join us in the summer - if it’s over 80 degrees, shorts are a possibility. But please, no jorts.
You can plan for a typical 8-hour work day. If you need time for an appointment, just tell us, life happens, and we understand. As it gets closer, we can finalize the hours.
We have had great success being in the office each day, maximizing collaboration. If coming into the office each day has your interest, this could be a great match.
Learning the major components of small business financing, collaborating with team members, teaching us how to continually improve, providing input in weekly huddles, taking part in executive meetings. You will get out of it, exactly what you put into it.
Absolutely. We will regularly meet with you to help guide your experience. You can plan on leadership discussions, regular check ins, and a tailored training program to maximize your time on board. We will be there to help every step of the way.
Enthusiasm, willingness to learn, ability to be coached, and a positive attitude, the rest will take care of itself. There may be a project you will organize and present as well. Just know we have your back and want to see you succeed.
Engage in proactive & professional oral and written communication with both customers and equipment sellers
Serve as the liaison between the customer, vendor, and sales team to ensure the contract for payment is appropriately processed
Review new applications information for accuracy, verification, and overall credit worthiness.
Monitor overall portfolio health and performance.
